The wireless accelerometer based monitoring system automates collecting condition based maintenance (CBM) data in industrial environments. It includes precision piezoelectric sensors, laser tachometers, database storage, and control/display software. All the wires of the system is connected to Network Access Points, bridging the wireless network to a cabled Ethernet network, eliminating expensive wiring costs. The complete data transaction is encrypted and error corrected to ensure secure and reliable data. It provides flexibility to install thousands of sensors for high-end testing applications.
